Terms of Service

These terms apply when you order any product from Guideily LLC (“Guideily”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. Product-specific terms below add to the general terms.

Products

  • Guideily Lead Lists. Sample ($149): 20 leads matched to the ideal customer profile (ICP) you describe, delivered as a CSV, typically within about 48 hours of your completed intake; the $149 is credited toward a Lead List or Outbound Campaign. Lead List ($497): 100 leads matched to your ICP, each with a personalized first line, typically within 3–5 business days. Outbound Campaign ($899): a lead list for your ICP, a 3–4 step email sequence written for your offer, and one campaign of sends and follow-ups run by us, with interested replies passed to you and a results report at the end.
  • Guideily Profit Report. Quick Report ($49) and Deep Report ($299): an informational report based on your questionnaire answers, any files you choose to share, and public data.
  • Guideily Custom Data. Research datasets and enrichment built to a written scope and quote that we agree before work starts.
  • Guideily Carrier Lookup has not launched. Joining its waitlist creates no obligation and no charge.

We confirm the scope with you in writing before any work starts. Delivery times are targets, not guarantees, and start once we have your confirmed scope, completed intake and payment.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars and are one-time. Payments are processed by Stripe. Nothing is charged until you confirm the scope (or accept a written quote for Custom Data). There are no subscriptions or retainers.

Refunds and replacements

  • Lead Lists Sample: if fewer than 16 of the 20 leads match the ICP we agreed on, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will refund the full $149.
  • Bounces: on any Lead Lists order, emails that bounce within 14 days of delivery are replaced free. Send us the bounced addresses within that window.
  • All other refund requests, including for the Profit Report and Custom Data, are handled case by case. Email hello@guideily.com.

No guarantee of results

For Lead Lists we guarantee that the list matches the ICP you agreed to, as described above. We do not guarantee meetings, replies, sales, savings, revenue or any other business result, for any product.

Lead Lists and outreach: your responsibilities

  • Use the data for legitimate business-to-business outreach only.
  • Follow the laws that apply to your outreach, including the CAN-SPAM Act: accurate sender and subject lines, a valid physical postal address, a clear way to opt out, and honoring opt-outs promptly. Outside the US, other laws may apply and are your responsibility.
  • For the Outbound Campaign, we send on your behalf from a domain you approve and follow the same rules; you remain responsible for your offer and claims.
  • Do not resell lists as a standalone data product.

Profit Report: informational only

The Profit Report is for general information. It is not financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice, and it is not an audit, review or compilation of financial statements. Findings are estimates based on the information you provide and public data, which we do not verify. Consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on it.

Custom Data: data sources

We collect only public or lawfully obtained business and organization data and use sources within their terms. We do not access data behind logins, bypass access controls, or collect sensitive personal data (such as health, financial account, government ID or biometric data). You are responsible for using delivered data lawfully and for the purpose stated in the scope.

Carrier Lookup: not a consumer report

Guideily is not a consumer reporting agency. Carrier Lookup, when launched, will report public business records as of the date checked. It is not a consumer report or background check, and you must not use it to decide any person’s eligibility for employment, credit, insurance, housing or any other purpose covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not guarantee any carrier, shipper or contact and does not protect against fraud or loss.

Data accuracy

We check data against public sources before delivery and label what we could not confirm, but business data changes over time. Deliverables reflect what was available when we built them.

Examples on this site

Examples and previews on guideily.com are labelled. They use anonymized or fictional data to show a format, and are not customer results or benchmarks.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
