Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Guideily LLC (“Guideily”, “we”, “us”) collects through guideily.com and our services, and how we use it. We collect very little.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a request, order, quote or waitlist form, or email us, we receive what you write: usually your name, work email, company and a description of what you need. The forms open your own email app; nothing is stored on this website.
- Order details. If you buy something, we keep a record of the order, the agreed scope and what we delivered.
- Profit Report inputs. Questionnaire answers and any files you choose to share (for example a P&L export). We use them only to prepare your report and delete them on request.
- Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic server logs. The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, which may log technical data such as IP addresses for security and operations. See GitHub’s privacy statement.
We do not use analytics tools, advertising trackers or cookies on guideily.com. Fonts are served from our own domain. The archived edtech site at /archive/ has its analytics removed.
How we use it
- To reply to you, confirm scope, and send a payment link or quote.
- To build and deliver your order, and to handle refunds and replacements.
- To email waitlist members once when a product launches.
- To keep basic business and tax records.
We do not sell your information, and we share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example email, payments and hosting), or when required by law.
Business data we deliver
Lead Lists and Custom Data contain business information, including professional contact details of people in business roles, collected from licensed B2B data sources and public sources such as company websites, public registries and LinkedIn. We do not collect sensitive personal data. If you appear in our data and want your details removed from our future work, email hello@guideily.com and we will remove them.
How long we keep it
We keep emails and order records as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal and tax obligations, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@guideily.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
